Hotel Molitor Paris

The once raddest parisian spot, Hôtel Molitor gives the Piscine Molitor a new starting.

The first time that I went to the Piscine Molitor was when Nike organized a party in the abandoned pool on the outskirts of Paris away from the Roland Garros tennis tournament. I should have doubted that it would soon come to an end and that one day or the other someone was going to lay their hands on this old public pool with its avant-garde architecture and put it on the right track. Today, we can enjoy going for a swim on weekdays when everyone else is working, or for a drink on the rooftop. It’s quite comfortable. The days where you had to struggle to get to that deserted spot are over but the architecture remains and the pool is still here. One could say that it is an allegory of modern compromise.
