Salvation Burger

April Bloomfield has made the burger her religion, and Salvation Burger is its Holy Grail.

I couldn’t have written a more cheesy introduction but you got the idea. April Bloomfield is the type of chef that transforms all she touches into a Michelin star. Even burgers. After ruling over The Spotted Pig, then The Breslin, April decides to launch a 100% burger restaurant in Midtown: Salvation Burger. The outcome? A meal there will forever change your vision of burgers. Gourmet burgers are good, we won’t tell you otherwise, but this is surely one of the few luxurious burgers that is worth its price. At Salvation, they don’t ask for the best piece of meat at the butcher shop, April decided to have the butcher shop in her kitchen. The meat is exceptional. The homemade cheese is fabulous and the bun as well. It deserves a 12/10.
